Wales won the opening game of their group against Israel. Cardiff City's Jamal Easter with the only goal. Coach Ian Rush was sent off from the dug out for an outburst aimed at the referee.
Wales then won their second game against hosts Portugal yesterday to put themselves in touching distance of the finals in France in the summer.
Wales need a point against Greece on Friday to qualify for the finals for the first time.
The touchline duties against Portugal were taken by Mark Aizlewood but head coach Rush, who watched from the stands said after the Portuguese game
"We worked as hard as Portugal but our skill came out on top. It's great to beat the holders but the most important thing is qualifying and we need a point against Greece."
Good luck to the City boys and all the Welsh squad.
