The official signing of young player Joe Jacobson has also been completed giving City three new professionals today.
Kamara has started 37 games for MK Dons (and previously Wimbledon) and been a sub in a further 40. He has scored 5 goals.
McKoy is younger, 19, and has started 6 games with 13 further subs apperarances.
Jacobson made his City debut in the final game of last season against Norwich. His first contract was earned after a successful season as reserve team captain.
These lads will not be expected to go straight into the first team but will be part of a group of players looking to put pressure on established first team players.
It's thought Dave Jones would like a strong matchday 17 or 18 which would include new signings Howard, McNaughton, McPhail, Johnson and Chopra. Hopefully Jason Koumas and a couple more will be added to that list. Then there will be a "second string" which would include Jacobson, Kamara, McKoy, Ferretti and some of the other promising youngsters coming up through the ranks like Curtis McDonald and Darcy Blake.
The club will hold a press conference next Monday to introduce all the new signings and the first chance to see them in action will come on Tuesday when the squad will be split with half playing away at Carmarthen and the other half at Merthyr.
The following morning the secnior players fly to North America for their 4 match tour before coming home to play a final friendly on Sunday July 30th.
The reserves / youth will play several games in and around South Wales and the West Country.
