Sam Hammam is delighted with the draw
"We were saying before the draw that we'd like to have some big team away, or else be at home," Hammam said.
"It came the way we wanted and it's very special to play Arsenal."
City were facing a £600,000 defecit this season after not attracting an average of 13,000 fans to home games. Now this money will offset most of that proposed loss.
"It's a big boost at a good time," Hammam continued. "We expect to generate about £500,000, perhaps more with television.
"But it's a great opportunity for our fans - it's teams like Arsenal in the Premiership that ultimitely we want to play week-in, week-out.
"What we're going to do now is make it for the members who are season ticket holders to travel to that game.
"They will have priority and, of course, we are very mindful that we don't want any trouble for a high profile game like this."
