City looking towards Ireland?

They claim that City sent scouts to see Stephen Ward and John Paul Kelly in action against Shamrock Rovers last Friday night.

Ward is said to be a target for Ipswich and he has turned down a six figure move to Norway. Kelly they say has also attracted interst from Scandinavia.
