City deny Earnie speculation as Fulham sign McBride

Rumours yesterday that Earnie was a £5m target of Fulham have been denied by CCFC and and with Fulham last night signing Brian McBride, the USA forward who played for Everton last season, it looks as if the South Wales media frenzy yesterday could have just been paper talk.

With 23 goals this season already Robert Earnshaw can expect to be linked to any team but this latest connection with Fulham, a team Earnie once went on trial to, seems a non runner.
