The draw takes place this evening around 7pm for the second round of the Carabao Cup.
Cardiff City enter the competition at this stage along with the other Premier League teams not involved in Europe.
Cardiff are ball No.6 in the Southern section. While the draw is regionalised it's not seeded, so Cardiff could draw a Premier League side, or Swansea or Newport. See Southern section below for possible opponents.
