City back in third as Crewe overcome Luton.

I thought that one team would struggle yesterday, I did not expect the four of the top 5 who playing away to all win.

Wigan just about ended QPR's distant hopes of automatic promotion with a 1 - 0 win at Loftus Rd.

Crewe had the result of the day with a 4 - 0 thrashing of Luton. Crewe are in second, a point ahead of City having played a game more.

Oldham were 2 - 0 winners at Northampton and Bristol City 2 - 1 winners at Huddersfield, both keep the pressure on just beloew City but both have played a game more.

QPR remain in the final play off place.
