They are
· Derek Chee Seng Chin
· Len Win Kong
· Meng Kwong Lim
All three are Malaysian and join the board of Cardiff City Football Club (Holdings) Limited and Cardiff City Football Club Limited.
They join Dato Chan Tien Ghee, Alan Whiteley, Paul Guy, Michael Isaac, U-Juin Tan and Steve Borley as directors of both companies.
News of the likely appointments were revealed several weeks ago on the MB and now they have been confirmed.
A statement from Gethin Jenkins on the official website reads: "We welcome these new appointments and the experience they can bring to the Board and look forward to working closely with them.
"As we stated in June we continue to make inroads to reduce our historic debt and meet our creditor commitments in the ongoing effort to establish sound financial and business practice within the Club, which in turn, hopefully, will reap dividends on the pitch. All involved with the Club have worked tremendously hard to take this club forward and will continue to do so.
"There was a lot of doom and gloom in June, but the Board and senior management came forward with a plan and despite external doubt stuck to this plan and will continue to do so. There are still significant issues ahead but we will face up to them and our responsibilities as custodians of this club as we continue to strive to get the club back on a sound business basis and competitive on the pitch.
"We would also like to thank the fans for their ongoing committed support in this regard."
The further control that the Malaysian investors seem to be taking will hopefully help bring to a head the debt owed to Langston.
