If Oldham were to have qualified then the Latics had already said they would not have sold their allocation and more tickets would have available for City but with QPR having a slightly higher average attendance this season than Cardiff it's likely that both teams will sell their full allocation.

The remaining tickets for the neutral areas between oposing fans will be used by sponsors and special guests etc while a small allocation is given to the other football clubs in the league.
