Chopra hoping to score against his Rivals

Speaking ahead of todays game Chopra said

"We need to get back to winning ways and it would mean so much to me to score against Sunderland.

Chopra, scored for Newcastle last season when he came on as a sub at the Stadium of Light.

He said: "I scored within 15 seconds of coming on. We were getting beat 1-0 at the time, but I came on and made it 1-1.

"That changed the game and if you look at the photographs, you can see how much it meant to me. When you grow up on the streets of Newcastle, those are the games you dream of playing in.

"To get the chance to play against Sunderland for Cardiff is great and I'll be extremely happy if I score."

"It was two points dropped against Derby," said Chopra.

"I blame myself for that because normally I would have put the two chances away. But I put them wide. I made amends in the second half when I scored.

"We've dropped five points in two games and we really shouldn't be doing that.

"We've set out standard and we've got players that can win games.

"We've got to get back to winning ways as quick as possible and hopefully that will come on Tuesday night."
