Chopra and McPhail sign for Cardiff City

A statement on the official website says that Chopra has passed his medical and signed with the clubs agreeing a fee. They are just finalising one minor detail while Stephen McPhail has signed and will officially be a City player on July 1st.

We are now upto 5 confirmed signings with Glenn Loovens becoming a permanent Bluebird after his loan spell, Kevin McNaughton joins us from Aberdeen, Mark Howard, the keeper from Arsenal and now Chopra and McPhail.
