Earnie has been watched by Curbishley playing for both City and Wales and of course he has been live on TV twice in the last week.
Curbishley is quoted as saying he's "watching developments".
This appears to be the most creditable Earnie rumour so far after the previously reported interest from Scotland, Spain etc etc.
Also the date on the paper says April 2nd so it's not a prank.
Earnshaw has scored 20 league goals this season, 5 cup goals and 5 international goals. 4 of those in the last two matches including a hat trick against Scotland. A game watched by Curbishley.
Thats 30 in total this season.
I guess the speculation will increase as the season comes to an end. Especially if there are more goals to follow.
