Cardiff might not start their campaign until Sunday lunchtime (live on Sky) but the npower Championship starts at Carrow Rd on Friday.

Newly promoted Norwich City entertain Watford to kick off the 2010 / 2011 season. That match is live on Sky ko 7:45pm.
