"There's a lot of team spirit, as there was at Watford," said Chambers.
"There's a slightly different way of playing, but there is certainly an air about this Cardiff side.
"I'm not naturally a left-back so I am playing in a different position," said Chambers.
"It's difficult coming into a different side, but I have to do what the team needs me to do.
"It's not about me coming here and trying to take over the show by showing what I can do - I've just got to do a job for the team.
"I'm enjoying playing first-team football in a side that's doing well at the moment. The team spirit is brilliant."
