"If a club agrees a fee with Cardiff, I would look at it because I want to play at the highest level.
"I'm doing that with Wales at international level and I want to do it at club level, too.

The news that Earnie says he has three years left on his contract is interesting with it generally thought he only has two seasons left.
Earnie's agent Mel Eves was on the radio this evening saying that Earnie was replying to questions put to him and he responded diplomatically.
The Sunday papers in Scotland suggested Celtic's interest had cooled after they sent no representaive to Easter Rd to see him play against Hibs.
Celtic fans are having to endure plenty of their own speculation with them being strongly linked with Earnie, Henri Camara, Alan Shearer, Hakan Yakin and late on Monday with Kanu from Arsenal.
There was also fan speculation on Monday that Robert was off to Everton. Time will tell.
