Carmarthen Town 2 - 1 Cardiff City

Byron Anthony's early goal ended up as mere consolation for City as they were dumped out of the FAW Premier Cup by Carmarthen Town.

The atrocious conditions didn't help but City should still be better than a League of Wales team.

There was a debut from Guylain N'sumbu-N'sungu and the starting line up include Jermaine Darlington, Phil Mulryne and Stuart Fleetwood.
