Staffordshire official Stephen Martin is the man in charge of Cardiff City's Carabao Cup fixture with Portsmouth on Tuesday evening.
Martin first referee'd Cardiff at CCS in April 2015 when he awarded City two penalties, both converted by Eoin Doyle, in a 3 - 2 win over Blackpool.
Last season he was in charge of Preston 3 - 0 Cardiff and Derby 3 - 4 Cardiff. So results with him are mixed.
In the 2016 / 17 season he officiated 35 games issuing 78 yellow cards and 3 red.
