Cardiff have taken Newcastle winger Sammy Ameobi on a season's long loan.
Ameobi, the younger brother of former Magpies striker Shola, has made 67 senior appearances in total Newcastle.
The former England Under-21 international had a spell on loan in the Championship at Middlesbrough during the 2012-13 campaign, making nine appearances and scoring one goal, ironically against Cardiff.
He will join the rest of the squad at the training camp immediately.
The 23 year old has been linked with a possible move to Cardiff and Wolves in recent days and on Monday Ameobi's sister posted on Instagram that her brother was heading to south Wales.
Ameobi tweeted this evening:

Cardiff City CEO Ken Choo told the official website: "We're delighted to have Sammy on board, having hand-picked him specifically for his creativity and skill.
"Sammy has Barclays Premier League experience to the tune of more than 50 top-flight appearances. We will continue to search for the right players who have specific skill sets and good character."
