I would imagine today's line up might reflect Malky's plans for next weekend. With several of the youngsters who have been getting some pre season action playing at Weston last night we might see less substitutions as City face Serie A side Parma.
With only five players allowed to be named on the bench in the Championship this season Mackay will have to trim his matchday squad down to 16 players.
Hopefully we will get to see Craig Conway in action today. The new signing from Dundee Utd has not played since the opening game in Spain a few weeks ago. He's missed the matches against Celtic. Bouyrnemouth and Yeovil.
If Malky's squad numbers are anything to go by we should expect City's premier strike force to be Kenny Miller (pictured) and Rob Earnshaw up front. With Gestede and Mason the back up strikers.
Based on the squad numbers City could line up today:
1. David Marshall 2. Kevin McNaughton 3. Andrew Taylor 4. Filip Kiss 5. Mark Hudson 6. Anthony Gerrard 7. Peter Whittingham 8. Don Cowie 9. Kenny Miller 10. Robert Earnshaw 11. Craig Conway.
Parma include former Chelsea player Hernan Crespo in their sqaud and also Fabio Borini who was part of Swansea's promotiion winning side last season.
Today's game kicks off at 3:00pm. Tickets are available until kick off from the ticket booths and the ticket office.
