Burnley looking at Peter Whittingham

There are reports that Burnley have tabled a £1.75m bid for last seasons Championship top scorer but reports from Lancashire are doubting the enquiry has gone that far. Cardiff are thought to be valueing the player at £3m.

Whittingham has also been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest. He has one year left on his current CCFC contract.
