Bruno Manga has stepped into City's line up to start the last three games with Sol Bamba suspended.
Bamba is free to play again on Friday and with Manga heading the the African Cup of Nations in January as well as being highlighted by Neil Warnock as a player he needs to move on when the transfer window opens then his time as City player could be coming to an end.
Earlier this month Warnock said, "We can't afford to have someone on that sort of money in the Championship, and that's the situation.
"All things being equal and with no FFP we'd want to keep Bruno. I don't think I know what will happen in January... and I'm the one in charge. I'm trying to cover my back so we can get any available players, and I have to think who I might have to forgo to do that.
