Breen appeal successful

The FA today upheld an appeal by Wolves defender Gary Breen against the red card he was issued with at Ninian Park last Saturday.

The defence that it was accidental was supported by a statement from City's Steve Thompson.

The red card will stay on his record but the three match ban has been lifted and he's free to play in Wolves' next match.
