I think Jay will come straight back into the side to face Middlesbrough in the live Sky game on Sunday but he is not counting his chickens just yet.
"It won't be easy for the gaffer to change that starting line-up," he told the Echo. "Although I'm keen to play against Middlesbrough. We are all raring to go.
"I was at The Hawthorns, I wanted to be out there helping, but it was a powerful team performance.
"It wasn't the most free-flowing display we've had, but everybody defended well. We were resilient as a team and that is crucial.
"Chris Burke was terrific and scored his goal at a key moment. That's two goals in two matches for Burkey - he really made the difference at West Brom.
"Burkey has been terrific and credit to him."
Kick off on Sunday is at 1:15pm.
