There looks to be a forced change with Jay Bothroyd struggling to overcome an injury picked up at Wolves. Quincy Owusu-Abeyie is ready for his City debut and could play in Bothroyd's forward role or go wide allowing Ross McCormack to partner Michael Chopra up-front.
Dimi Konstantopoulos will have to put his Molineux howler behind him and City will need to be aware of the threat from Bluebirds old boy Wayne Routledge. The former Palace and Spurs winger is going to get a right ear-bashing of abuse for deciding to follow the silver dollar in West London rather than stay and be a hero at Ninian Park.
