BBC Sport are reporting this morning that Cardiff have held talks with Liverpool over a new loan deal for Marko Grujic.
The Serbian midfielder spent the second half of last season at CCS contributing to City's promotion winning campaign. Liverpool are open to him going on loan to get more experience.
Grujic was part of Serbia's World Cup squad but didn't see any action as they exited at the group stages after defeat by Brazil last night.
It's thought the Cardiff and Grujic will talk on his return to see if a deal can be agreed.
