Kevin McNaughton was named in the Scottish squad but a hamstring injury has forced him out of the reckoning.
Despite there being many injury worries for Steve Staunton the Irish manager has not recalled Stephen McPhail, the City midfielder is having an excellent season but it's not been enough to warrant a call from the Emerald Isle.
