Top sports writer, Peter Jackson, who reported on Cardiff City during the Jimmy Scoular glory years, will be talking about those days and he has some intriguing and funny stories to tell of his times working with Jimmy.
Peter will be in conversation with one of the legendary players from that era, Gary Bell, and club historian, Richard Shepherd.
Richard will also be bringing along a file of classic photographs relating to that famous European Cup Winners’ Cup trip to Tashkent in 1968. It is hoped we will also be able to show a short film of the Torpedo Moscow trip.
The board has decided that entry will be free for members as usual and there will be no charge either for the guests of members. We hope that those of you that bring friends will encourage them to join the Trust on the evening.
