Alexander misses out on latest Scotland squad

Neil Alexander has been replaced by the returning Neil Sullivan. Alexander has been involved for the past 8 months with Scotland but never earned a cap. I would bring into question Vogt's man management skills, it would have harmed little to have boosted Alexander's confidence by giving 10 or 15 minutes action but now he'll have to wait a bit longer.
