Ainsworth out of play off semi's

The City winger was red-carded for two bookings against Bristol City last month and faced a one match ban, but he was also red-carded earlier in the season when on loan at Walsall. That means a 2 match ban.

Ainsworth's cautions were both needless, firstly remonstrating against the Bristol City penalty and then getting involved with the fracass that followed Andy Campbells tangle with Aaron Brown.

I felt he was unfortunate with the second one as he did appear to be trying to clam the situation but it all got out of hand and the ref was losing control.
