After Reading's win at Carrow Rd on Monday we are left with a three team battle for one more automatic promotion place. Wolves are already up and they will be joined by Birmingham if the Blues win at Reading.
Reading though would be promoted if they beat Birmingham but only if Sheff Utd do not win at Crystal Palace. Any one of the three sides could go up.
It's a three way charge for the play off places as well. Cardiff need a point at Sheff Weds and Burnley a win at home to QPR. That would be too much for Preston whatever they do against Q.P.R. Should Cardiff lose and Burnley fail to win then Preston are right back in the mix.
At the bottom it's looking like Delia won't be dining at the Championship table next season. Norwich need to win their game at Charlton and hope Barnsley lose at Plymouth. If Norwich do go down they will join already relegated Southampton and Charlton.
